Order and Shipping
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, transit typically takes 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time is 4-11 business days (Monday to Friday). Read more in our Shipping Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the item upon receipt. To cancel your order please contact us via email at support@santazio.com
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Learn how in our Return and Refund Policy.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Delivery Issues
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package is missing or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if needed.
What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You’ll receive notification with instructions.
